Used for cold and hot smoked fish and meat. Chamber capacity — 2 trolleys with product.

We launched it in Sochi during the rainy season in the summer. The relative humidity of outdoor air at that time was 80%, sometimes the humidity reached 90-94%.
The large cooling capacity (17kWt) of the chamber made it possible to dry the fish without any problem before smoking! The customer was surprised by the good drying of product. We were sure that our equipment is able to withstand such a difficult test
